Our conferencing room & Facilities are available between the hours of
8:45am – 17:45pm.
Additional use per requested day will be charged at an additional cost.
Availability is Monday to Friday but weekends can also be booked if requested in advance (Subject to additional charges).
Depending on requirements of additional services & facilities will result in increased or decreased availability.
Non additional service or facilities will result in bookings of 72 hours notice, this is subject to availability.
If catering services are required, additional notice time will be essential to meet needs.
