VIRTUAL OFFICE OPTION 1

  • Mail Handling
  • Includes business address at Catalyst House with a Suite Number allocated where your post will be received and sorted. To be collected or forwarded* to you.
  • Direct communication when mail arrives so that you can choose between collection or to have it forwarded to you by post.

*Mail forwarding will have handling charge of 10% over outgoing Royal Mail charge.


VIRTUAL OFFICE OPTION 2

  • Includes Option 1 plus:
  • A personal telephone number which can be forwarded to your mobile or any other phone number of your choice.**
  • Messages may also be left on this number for you to access at any time with a secure code from anywhere in the world.

**Note that cost of calls forwarded will be down to the customer to pay. Set up fees for the service will also be passed on to customer.


DAILY OFFICE CHARGES

We are able to offer offices to rent on a daily basis subject to availability. These may be booked up to 24 hours in advance or longer. There may be availability on the day required.

Daily Rate Includes:

  • Fully Furnished Office
  • Use of high speed business internet connection either wirelessly or wired.
  • 1 hour use of a meeting room (subject to availability).
  • 15% discount on standard meeting room rates.
  • Free coffee and tea (not in meeting rooms).
  • Use of direct dial telephone (charges apply to all calls at current rates).

 


 

Kleyman & Co Solicitors moved into the Brentano Suite in Whetstone in December 2011. After just a few months we had taken on new staff and needed larger offices. Sandra Wilson, the General Manager, was extremely accommodating in helping us to choose new offices and her assistance made the transition very smooth and stress free.

Situated just off the High Street and within walking distance of the underground station, the Brentano Suite, Whetstone is the perfect location for quick and easy access into central London.

The offices and all the communal areas are modern, airy and well maintained and there are well-equipped kitchens and stylish meeting rooms also available. Sandra and Kima, the Assistant Manager, are extremely professional, welcoming and helpful – nothing is ever too much trouble.

And what a pleasure it is to walk into reception each morning and be greeted with two smiling, friendly faces!
