Elstree, Hertfordshire – December 10, 2024 – Brentano Suite Elstree is pleased to announce that it has successfully taken full possession of its Centennial Park building, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth and expansion.
Having started with 8 offices 17 years ago over the years we have grown to over 150 offices in the building.
Previously occupying 80% of the building, Brentano Suite Elstree now has 100% occupancy of the property, further solidifying its long-term commitment to the region and its business operations.
The new area is being totally refurbished and will be available in the second half of 2025.
This strategic move will enable Brentano Suite Elstree to continue its evolution as a leading provider of premium and luxury office and workspace solutions. The full possession of the Centennial Park building not only provides the company with enhanced operational flexibility but also opens new opportunities for future growth and development within the thriving Elstree business community.
