We have a choice of pristine Air-Conditioned Executive Meeting Rooms and newly completed Deluxe Boardrooms that are the perfect venue for: General Meetings, Seminars, Training, Conferences, Events or Presentations.
We also offer catering facilities to suit your requirements. Representing your business in the most professional and corporate manner, our staff are on hand to ensure your event runs smoothly and worry-free. All our meeting rooms are booked by the hour, half day, full day or even a weekly rate can be agreed.

Yes, all meeting room bookings must be made strictly in advance to ensure availability and preparation.
Can I book on the same day?Same-day bookings are possible depending on availability. However, full payment must be made before access is granted.
How do I pay for my meeting room booking?Payment must be made in advance through the booking process. Access is only granted once full payment is received.
We require at least two full working days’ notice to cancel or make changes to a meeting room booking. This allows us to reallocate the space and resources.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my booking?Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or if the room goes unused. The full booking fee will still apply.
What if I ordered catering and then cancel?If catering has been arranged as part of your booking, it will still be billed along with a £10 cancellation fee, even if the meeting is cancelled.
Yes, photo ID is required for all visitors. Please either submit it in advance or bring it with you on the day. Without valid ID, entry will not be permitted.
Can I bring guests with me?Absolutely! However, all guests must be registered prior to the booking. They will need to check in at reception, and you’ll be notified of their arrival.
Are guests allowed access to other areas of the building?Guests are only permitted in the meeting rooms, breakout areas, and cloakroom. Access to other parts of the building is not allowed.
Complimentary chilled water is provided for all bookings.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?We do not allow any outside food or beverages on the premises.
Do you offer catering?Yes, we can arrange light catering and refreshments upon request. A service charge of 20% (minimum £15) applies to all catering.
How much notice is needed for catering?
For up to 6 guests: 3 working days' notice required
For larger groups: 7 working days' notice required
For bookings of six guests, please allow 4–6 days’ notice if the booking is made over a weekend, as food delivery may need to be arranged in advance.
No, we maintain a strict no alcohol policy on the premises.
Pens, notepads, flip charts, WiFi, and projector screens (where available) are included at no extra cost.
Can I bring my own laptop or tech equipment?Yes, but all devices must be PAT tested to meet legal safety standards. Additional equipment must be pre-approved by our team and must also be PAT tested.
Do you provide adapters or chargers?No, please ensure you bring your own chargers and adapters if needed.
Can I rearrange the furniture in the room?Furniture must remain in the room and cannot be moved without our permission.
What if there’s a technical issue?Our staff will do their best to resolve any technical problems promptly on the day.
Yes, our Elstree centre offers a limited number of free parking bays, marked with Pale Blue circles. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Am I responsible for any damage caused?Yes, the hirer is liable for any damage or loss to the meeting room, equipment, or furniture. Charges for repairs or replacement will be invoiced immediately.
Is The Brentano Suite liable for lost personal belongings?We do not accept responsibility for any lost or damaged personal items, including items in vehicles parked on-site.
No. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
Are pets or animals allowed?No animals or pets are permitted inside the building.
Can I film or take videos during the meeting?Permission must be obtained in advance if you wish to film or record video content.
What happens if there's an emergency or unforeseen event?Neither party will be held responsible for disruptions due to events outside our control. Health and safety information, including fire exits and cloakrooms, will be provided upon arrival.
