Inside The Brentano Suite’s Serviced Offices

Inside The Brentano Suite’s Serviced Offices

The Brentano Suite offers serviced offices at four sites across North London. Two of the questions that often get asked are: “What is it really like to work here” and “How do serviced offices support their businesses”?

To find out, we chatted to two of our current tenants and The Brentano Suite’s own general managers.

Meet our tenants

Jacob is the director of Catalyst 2, a web-hosting company, and is based at our Elstree site. His company has over 20 years experience in the industry. We also spoke to Dino, a Commercial Director and Partner at Essentia Global Services, a global indirect tax management firm based at our Finchley site.

They explained how managing their businesses has become simpler since moving to The Brentano Suite.

“We were spending way too much time managing utility bills, cleanersWe just wanted to get on with running the business.”

Why did you move from your last offices?

Jacob: Previously, we had an un-serviced office and felt we were spending way too much time managing utility bills, cleaners – all of those things. So, we wanted a simple solution where we didn’t need to worry about whether or not there was enough tea or coffee that day. We just wanted to get on with running the business.

What made you choose The Brentano Suite serviced offices?

Jacob: We chose The Brentano Suite because it was ten minutes from home and had a very relaxed feel with friendly staff. We liked the look of it. They also gave us a lot of options around meeting rooms and everything we needed to run the business.

“We said we needed extra space, within two days they had actually broken through the wall next door, creating one big office for us.”

How has a serviced office helped your company to grow?

Dino: On short notice, we said to The Brentano Suite that we needed additional office space. Within two days we had moved into the office next door and The Brentano Suite had actually broken through the wall, separating the two offices and creating one big office.

Then, a couple of months later, we said we needed extra space for five more people. Within another two days, all the IT and phones were set up. We had our keys ready and our company name plaque was on the door. The Brentano Suite team were extremely flexible, efficient, and understood the urgency. They went out of their way to accommodate us.

Nobody is in a better place to explain the day-to-day running of The Brentano Suite than our very own General Managers. We caught up with Jill, General Manager from The Brentano Suite Elstree offices and Sandra, General Manager of our Finchley, Hampstead, and Whetstone sites.

“People like coming to work here and everything is at their fingertips if they need it.”

How would you describe The Brentano Suite for those who don’t know the company yet?

Sandra: The Brentano Suite is a group of luxury serviced offices with meeting rooms at each of our locations.

Jill: We offer excellent facilities for the day to day running of businesses, for start-up companies and well-established companies too.

What makes The Brentano Suite special?

Jill: It’s got a nice atmosphere. People like coming to work here and everything is at their fingertips if they need it. And, it’s all run to a high standard. If tenants have any maintenance problems, if they need a lightbulb changing or anything like that, it’s all going to be dealt with in a timely manner for them.

What advice do you have for anyone considering moving to The Brentano Suite?

Sandra: My message to anyone looking to take an office at The Brentano suite is to come in and see us, come in and meet us. We care very much about our tenants and we care very much about their futures. We’ll do everything we can to help them wherever possible.
